The school library provides a variety of books for reading and reference. Books may be checked out by the students. If a student loses or severely damages a book, the parents will be responsible for reimbursement. We also have a parent collection of books containing useful resources and parenting tips. Please feel free to view or checkout materials from our collection.

Parents are responsible for reimbursing the school for all lost or damaged books at the following rate, based on the age of the book.

By June of 2014, all students will solve mathematical tasks and demonstrate their mathematical thinking and reasoning by using problem-solving strategies as measured by the Problem Solving rubric, Terra Nova 3rd Edition Scholastic Math Inventory.
By June 2014, all students will improve reading comprehension using the strategies matching readers to appropriate text and through use of explicit fluency instruction as measured by age appropriate quarterly assessments including the BAS Reading List (K), the BAS Fluency assessment and rubrics (grades 1–5), the Scholastic Reading Inventory (grades 3-5), and the Terra Nova, 3rd Edition (grades 3-5).
