The Guam High Panthers were crowned the Independent Interscholastic Athletic Association of Guam Cross-Country League champions, winning with 65 points in the boys' division and 56 points in the girls' division during the league's All-Island Championship yesterday at the Admiral Nimitz Golf Course.
