The DoDEA Pacific Public Affairs Office initiates and manages DoDEA's communications and outreach efforts for the Pacific to include Guam, Japan, Okinawa, South Korea. The office is responsible for media relations, internal information programs and communication with students, parents, teachers, school administrators and the public.

Dr. Reginelli obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from the Medical College of Georgia in 1995. She received a Master of Public Administration degree in 1998 from Augusta State University. In 2003, she received graduate level certification in both special education and educational leadership from the University of Georgia. Dr. Reginelli received her doctoral degree in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in conflict resolution from Nova Southeastern University.
Dr. Reginelli’s career began as a special education teacher for Cobb County Public Schools located in Georgia. In 2005, she became the special education department chair at East Paulding High School in Paulding County, Georgia. In 2007, Dr. Reginelli accepted the position of Secondary Coordinator for Exceptional Students at the district office in Bartow County, Georgia. She joined DODEA in September of 2011. She served students as a special education teacher at Kinnick High School and Yokosuka Middle School. In 2012, she also served as the special education department chair at Kinnick High School. She accepted the position as CSI chair for Kinnick in 2012 in addition to serving as the Junior Varsity cheer coach for the last three years.
Dr. Reginelli is the proud mother of three beautiful children who currently reside in Canton, Georgia. She is looking forward to the opportunity to work with both parents and students as the Assistant Principal of Byrd ES.
