Doing Business with DoDEA Pacific
To do business with DoDEA Pacific both U.S. and non U.S. contractors and offerors are required to register with (all 3 are required):
1. The Central Contactor Registration (CCR)
2. Wide Area Workflow (WAWF)
3. Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS)
The Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is the primary vendor database for the Department of Defense (DoD). The CCR collects, validates, stores and disseminates data in support of agency missions.
Businesses are required to complete an initial registration on the CCR website to provide basic information relevant to procurement and financial transactions. Businesses must then update or renew their registration annually to maintain an active status.
CCR validates the firm's information and electronically shares the secure and encrypted data with the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) to facilitate paperless payments through electronic funds transfer (EFT). EFT payments are now mandatory for all contract payments.
A Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number is required to register with CCR. The process to request a DUNS number is free of charge and can be done over the phone or online. Instructions can be found on the DUNS & Bradstreet website. They have separate websites in English, Japanese and Hangul.
