Mrs. Dalla Betta earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Massachusetts, Amherst and a Master of Arts degree from The University of New Mexico, Albuquerque. Prior to joining DoDEA, she was Principal of Mountain Elementary School and Charmisa Elementary School in Los Alamos, New Mexico.
As Assistant Principal at Schweinfurt Elementary School, Mrs. Dalla Betta serves as an educational leader for both students and teachers at Schweinfurt, modelling professional growth in curricular, instructional, assessment, school climate, and diversity areas. "Students need all the positive mentors possible in their lives. Likewise, teachers need the support, interest, involvement, and dynamic leadership to ensure the establishment of warm learning environments and assurance of measurable academic growth" says Dalla Betta who, in addition to work as Assistant Principal and Principal, has also taught grades 1-11.
"Mrs. Dalla Betta's work as an instructional leader has impacted the entire learning environment at Schweinfurt Elementary" says Ronald G. McIntire, Superintendent of The Bavaria School District, "she is an exemplary Assistant Principal deserving of this recognition."
