Mr. Bryan English
Biography
Mr. Bryan English calls Phoenix, Arizona home. Mr. English completed his Bachelor of Arts degree at Northern Arizona University in 2002. Mr. English earned a Master of Arts in Education from Arizona State University in 2008. He earned his Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from Arizona State in 2013.
Mr. English began his career in education in 2005 at Kachina Elementary in the Peoria Unified School District (PUSD) in Arizona as a paraprofessional working with 4-6th grade students with Communication and Behavior challenges before transitioning to a teaching position. Over the next 10 years Mr. English served on several PUSD campuses teaching middle and high school ELA, including Desert Valley Elementary and Centennial High School. While with PUSD Mr. English served as department and grade level chair and was a member of the curriculum steering committee for high school ELA.
Mr. English joined DoDEA in 2016 at Bahrain Middle High School teaching 6th grade. In his time at Bahrain MHS, Mr. English taught 6-10th grade ELA, Social Studies, and Humanities. His time as a Bahrain Falcon was phenomenal and he continued to serve in leadership roles on campus as ELA Department Lead and CCRS Literacy Coordinator.
Mr. English is excited to continue growing as an educator by joining The Sullivans School team as an Assistant Principal.
