Executive Services Division

Mission

The Executive Services Division is charged with effectuating federally mandated programs related to the Federal Records Act, the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), the Privacy Act of 1974, The e-Government Act of 2002, and the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.

Vision

Our vision is to be the foremost guardian of privacy, pioneering innovative solutions that safeguard personally identifiable information and reshape the way DoDEA collect, manage, and utilize data, fostering trust and transparency in an increasingly interconnected world.

Forms & Information Collections Program

Administers and provides guidance and direction to employees of the Department of Defense Activity as it relates to the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. 

Records & Information Management Program

Responsible for oversight and implementation of the Federal Records Act for the Department of Defense Education Activity. 

Freedom of Information Act Program

Supports all actions related to Freedom of Information requests submitted by the public for access to records under the control of the Department of Defense Education Activity .

Privacy Program

Administers and provides guidance and direction to employees of the Department of Defense Education Activity as it relates to the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, and the e-Government Act of 2002.
