  • Fostering positive relationships with school stakeholders to build a healthy school environment.  When a school has a positive and collegial culture, a school can enact change, promote professional development, progress toward school improvement, and actualize a shared, committed vision of what education can and should be.
  • Fully engaged teachers and students in the daily business of teaching and learning - teaching bell to bell, maximizing the potential of every school day.
  • Foundational skills of literacy and numeracy are practiced daily – all students should read and problem solve every day.
  • Incorporating technology into the classroom is a need of the present, not only the future - our students are digital natives, and integrating technology into the classroom provides tremendous additional educational resources as well as increased engagement.
  • Engagement of the school and home in partnership promotes student success. The more involved families are in their children’s education, the higher their achievement.

Mr. Beane understands the importance of focusing on each student’s individual needs. He firmly believes that education encompasses not only academics but also social-emotional development. By implementing student-centered programs, he will create opportunities for student empowerment, character building, and personal growth. Students under his guidance can expect an environment that fosters self-discovery, nurtures talents, and prepares them for a future filled with success.

On a personal level, Mr. Beane enjoys traveling, spending time with his family, and playing padel with his wife, Natacha, and his three children, ages 15-21. Mr. Beane believes he learned the value and importance of education early on in life through his parents, who were educators.
