Ms. Bronwynn Crutchfield
Biography
Ms. Bronwynn Crutchfield is Principal of Shughart Elementary School.
Prior to this, Ms. Crutchfield served as the Assistant Principals of Hampton Primary School. Before that, she was the Speech Language Pathologist for 6th to 8th students at Don C. Faith Middle School located in Fort Benning GA. Ms. Crutchfield has a Masters of Education in Music Education (Bowling Green State University, Bowling Green, Ohio), a second Masters in Communication Sciences and Disorders (The University of Georgia, Athens, GA), Specialist Degree in Teacher Leadership and Instruction (Walden University, Minneapolis, MN) and Educational Leadership Certification (Columbus State University, Columbus, GA).
Ms. Crutchfield has over 20 years of teaching and leadership experience in addition to owning a private therapy clinic in Georgia where she worked as an Early Interventionist (Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist for the Babies Can’t Wait Program in the Atlanta Metro Area).
Ms. Crutchfield believes that students learn best when they are active participants. Students who are given the tools to think critically and solve problems will be prepared for the future. It is our responsibility to provide them with excellent instruction to be engaged and productive citizens who are college and career ready.
