Ms. Katrina Watts
Biography
Before entering DoDEA, Ms. Watts taught in the Georgia public school systems of Houston County and South Fulton County. Throughout her career, Ms. Watts served as Grade Level Chair, CSI Team Member, Better Seeking Team Member, Lead Gifted Teacher, and K-12 Science Curriculum Team Member.
Ms. Watts is a Georgia native and graduate of Albany State University and holds a bachelor’s degree in Middle Grades Education and a master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction, and an Education Specialist Degree in Educational Leadership from Central Michigan University.
She lives by a quote from Katharine Graham which says, “To love what you do and feel that it matters, how could anything be more fun!”
Ms. Watts is married to Charles Watts, and they are the proud parents of three children and four grandchildren. Ms. Watts enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends during her leisure time.
She looks forward to becoming a part of the Guam High School family.
