Ms. Linda Bryant

Ms. Linda Bryant began her career with DoDEA in 2000 as an elementary teacher on Fort Liberty, NC. She served in multiple leadership roles, to include grade level chair, Continuous School Improvement chair, supervised student teachers, and participated in a train-the-trainer model to deliver professional learning for math curriculum.

After nearly ten years at Fort Liberty, Ms. Bryant continued her educational career outside of DoDEA while serving as an educator in the states of Virginia and Texas. During that time, Ms. Bryant held positions as a classroom teacher, a lead teacher, and an instructional coach. As an instructional coach, she built and supported the capacity of teachers to foster student success.
In 2020, Ms. Bryant returned to Fort Liberty as an Instructional Systems Specialist (ISS) for Elementary Mathematics. In her role as an ISS, she supported schools, administrators, and teachers through focused collaboration, unit planning, best teaching practices, and delivering professional development on increasing student engagement and achievement.

Ms. Bryant earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Troy University, and a master’s degree in Elementary Education from Fayetteville State University. She also holds a Specialist degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from George Washington University.

With over 23 years of educational experience, Ms. Bryant is excited to join the staff of Kimberly Hampton Primary School as Assistant Principal for the 2023-2024 school year. As a product herself of the DoDEA system, she remains dedicated to service in the DoDEA community. She also proudly serves an Army spouse and understands the importance of building strong relationships with students, teachers, and families bound by a service-oriented community. Ms. Bryant is committed to promoting a safe and inclusive environment for every child on their journey as lifelong learners.
