Ms. Paula Webb
Biography
Paula Webb is an accomplished professional with a diverse background spanning military service and instructional leadership. After graduating from the United States Naval Academy, she embarked on a successful career as a United States Naval Officer. Following her distinguished military career, Mrs. Webb earned a master’s degree in Secondary Mathematics Education from DePaul University. She began her teaching career in Fulton County Schools as a 6th grade mathematics teacher and then moved to Atlanta Public Schools. During her time in the classroom, she quickly distinguished herself through innovative teaching methods and exceptional student outcomes.
As Mrs. Webb’s career progressed, she transitioned into instructional coaching, where she worked with teachers across various grade levels to enhance their teaching practices and deepen their understanding of mathematical concepts. Mrs. Webb’s success as an instructional coach led to a promotion to assistant principal. In this capacity she continued to drive positive change by supporting teachers across multiple disciplines, implementing school-wide initiatives to improve academic outcomes, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive school culture. In her tenure as assistant principal, Mrs. Webb, gained a reputation for forming strong connections with students, families, faculty, and the broader school community.
In her spare time, Mrs. Webb enjoys reading, traveling, tackling home DIY projects, and spending time with her mother, siblings, husband, and teenage daughter.
Mrs. Webb is a proven instructional leader with a commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment that encourages growth and success for all students and educators. She looks forward to the opportunity to serve the staff, students, and families of Antilles Middle School.
