Ms. Tiffany M. Bryant
Biography
Mrs. Bryant is a native of Tampa, Florida. Her roots are grounded in a military background in which most of her family served and sacrificed in various branches of the armed forces. She has had the privilege to travel around the world with friends and family and is excited to continue these adventures as principal at Osan Middle High School.
In January of 2012, Mrs. Bryant joined DODEA as a classroom teacher. She moved from North Little Rock, Arkansas to Aguadilla, Puerto Rico and worked at Ramey Unit School. From there, she joined the leadership team as an assistant principal at Stearley Heights Elementary School in Okinawa, Japan. In the year of 2016, she became a proud member of the Pacific West District leadership team as principal at Humphreys Central Elementary School. She is accompanied by her husband, Anderson Bryant, Jr. and has a strong support system that is as determined as she is to ensure successful educational experiences for parents and students.
Mrs. Bryant has many years of experience as an educator (traditional classroom and instructional leadership settings); much of which derived from the great natural state of Arkansas. She has always been excited to see what education looks like across the globe. DODEA has provided this opportunity to no longer be a dream, but a reality. She has taught kindergarten through fifth grades. As an administrator, she dedicated three and a half years to a K-12 building and eight additional years in buildings PK-5th grades.
In the past she has received awards for Teacher of the Year and produced the highest standardized test scores in her building; she has also been given responsibilities such as being used as the first-grade model classroom, grade level chair and discipline committee leader. As an administrator, Mrs. Bryant received the USFK award for Principal of the Year (2022) and was instrumental in the implementation of a variety of school programs such as a school-wide social skills program, positive behavior management rewards system, community relations and outreach and a host of other feats still being utilized to this date in her previous school building. She was the recipient of an Achievement Medal for Civilian Service from US Army Garrison-Humphreys.
She is a natural born educator and leader who stands on the philosophy she can impact the world one student at a time. It is her goal to not only meet but exceed parent and student expectations while working with our military connected families. She is expecting a great year to come along with this new assignment.
“Treat people as if they were what they ought to be, and you help them become what they are capable of becoming.”
