Course Description

The Army JROTC IV (year-long) course is designed to present the psychology of leadership; review of LD-3 instruction; the moral aspects of leader-ship; group relations and behavior; indicators of leadership, communications, and management of resources; the problem-solving process; and practical exercises in problem solving and management. Students enrolled in this course will be administered the NOCTI JROTC Leadership and Employability Skills credential exam. Course Notes: This (year-long) course satisfies the Career Technical Education (1 of 1.5 credits) graduation requirement. Two years of JROTC enrollment fulfills the DoDEA .5 credit PE Lifetime Sports graduation requirement..
