Course Description

The Management Foundations (semester) course introduces students to basic management concepts and leadership styles as they explore business ownership, planning, operations, marketing, finance, economics, communications, and human relations. Students enrolled in this course will be administered the NOCTI General Management credential exam. Course Note: This course satisfies the Career Technical Education (.5 of 1.5 credit) graduation requirement.
