2020 Graduation Plan for Vilseck HS
Vilseck, Bavaria —
In direct and close coordination with our local military partners, the decision was made to execute the following graduation plans for our 2020 high school seniors. Please feel free to reach out to the DoDEA contact above with any questions or to volunteer.
Where (location, web-based platform): Tower Barracks Parade Field
When (time, date): 1000 hrs. 06 June 2020
Logistical Details:
After the ceremony at 1130 hrs. the chairs will be folded, stacked and packed back up into TMP, flags will be packed and returned to 7ATC, 2CR will support with 10-20 soldiers to disassemble the stage, MWR will pick up stage at 1200 hrs. on 06 June 2020.

- Recessional of graduates out of ceremony
Support Needed: Support needed to space out chairs at 1.5 meters distance from each other, setting out runners and floral arrangements/balloon arrangements around the stage. Support needed at 0800 on 06 June 2020.
