Dr. Stacie Lamoureux named Principal of Fort Knox MHS

Fort Knox, KY —
Michelle Allen, the Department of Defense Education Activity community superintendent for Fort Knox, is pleased to announce Dr. Stacie Lamoureux as the new principal at Fort Knox Middle-High School.
“I am delighted to welcome Dr. Stacie Lamoureux into her new role as Principal for Fort Knox Middle-High School,” said Allen. “Dr. Lamoureux has 27 years of education experience as both a teacher and an administrator. Her time at Fort Knox Middle-High School as Assistant Principal has been exceptional, and her expertise in curriculum design has been, and will continue to be, invaluable for our students.”
About Dr. Stacie Lamoureux
Dr. Lamoureux began her educational career as a junior high math teacher in the public school system in northern Florida. Since then she has served as an elementary school math coach; high school math teacher; and district level secondary math curriculum specialist. Since joining DoDEA she has worked as a Professional Development Specialist for the Pacific Center for Instructional Leadership; and as Assistant Principal for Humphreys Middle School in South Korea, and Fort Knox Middle High School in Kentucky.
Her academic degrees include a Bachelor's of Science in Exceptional Student Education from Jacksonville University, a Master’s of Education in Educational Leadership from University of North Florida, and a Doctorate of Education with a specialization in Curriculum and Instruction from Capella University.
