This Issuance was approved on October 29, 2024. It establishes policy, assigns responsibilities, and implements procedures for the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) Virtual High School Program which includes the DoDEA Virtual High School (DVHS) Supplemental Program for DoDEA Secondary Schools, the DVHS Summer School Program, the full-time option for Non-DoD Schools Program (NDSP)-eligible students, the Domestic Transition Program, and the Expanded Eligibility Pilot Program.
