This Issuance establishes policy, assigns responsibilities, and implements procedures to reasonably prevent and equitably respond to and resolve unlawful discrimination in DoDEAconducted and/or sponsored education and training programs and activities in accordance with Executive Order (EO) 13160, referred to in this Issuance as EO 13160.
