This Regulation: 1.1. Establishes system-wide policy and procedures and assigns responsibilities under references (a) and (b) for selecting information center and classroom supplemental materials used in Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) schools; and for challenging the suitability of those materials. 1.2. Provides guidance to Department of Defense (DoD) officials and is not intended to, and does not, create any right or benefit, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law.
