This Administrative Instruction (AI) reissues reference (a) to implement policies and update responsibilities and procedures for use by DOD Dependents Schools (DoDDS) and DOD Domestic Elementary and Secondary Schools (DDESS) superintendents in notifying the Director, DoDEA, of changes in school structure and/or organization and to obtain his/her approval.
