Administrative Instruction 1347.01: Student Disciplinary Rules and Procedures, Change 1

This Issuance establishes policy, assigns responsibilities, and implements procedures for disciplinary action for all Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) students enrolled in DoDEA schools including special rules applicable to students with disabilities covered by DoD Instruction 1342.12, DoD Manual 1342.12, and DoDEA Administrative Instruction 2500.14. This Issuance is to be reviewed biannually.
