DoDEA Conditional Enrollment
What | Conditional enrollment allows schools to process a student registration and schedule the student prior to their arrival at the DoDEA location. |
Who | Conditional enrollment applies to space-required students registering for grades 9-12 when moving on PCS orders to a participating DoDEA location. |
Where | Conditional enrollment is available at DoDEA high schools in Europe, Pacific, Cuba, Guam, and Puerto Rico. It is not available in CONUS locations. |
When | Families of eligible students may request conditional enrollment while online registration is available for the requested school year after PCS orders are received. |
How | Parents must submit a complete online registration that includes all required documents for eligibility. The student’s current transcript must be submitted for conditional enrollment. The most recent report card is acceptable for a rising 9th grade student if a transcript is not available. Once the online registration is submitted, parents must contact the DoDEA school to request conditional enrollment. |
If the student does not start school within 10 days of the expected start date, the student will be withdrawn. |
