Insider Threat Program
DoDEA's Insider Threat Program is designed to deter, detect, and mitigate actions by insiders who represent a threat to national security, our students, and staff. This includes physical and psychological damaging actions that occur at our schools and places of work, resulting in loss or degradation of resources or capabilities.
Since insider threats are a human problem, they require a human solution. DoDEA utilizes technology to get a better sense of workforce behavior, particularly in its virtual domains, but the most important resource we have to counter insider threats is our workforce itself. To help mitigate these threats, please report any tips to your supervisor. If you wish to report directly to the Security Management Division, you can reach us at:
Email: InsiderThreatProgram@dodea.edu
Phone: 571-372-1460
All reports can remain confidential.
