DoDEA has adopted the Teaching Strategies GOLD® Objectives for Development and Learning as DoDEA’s College and Career Ready Standards for Preschool. The comprehensive objectives are based on current research in Early Childhood Education and include predictors of school success. These objectives seamlessly link prekindergarten students to the DoDEA College and Career Ready Standards for K-12 and provide a solid foundation of college and career readiness for DoDEA’s youngest learners.
