Government Retirement & Benefits (GRB) Platform
The GRB Platform (Formerly EBIS) is an automated, secure, self-service Web application that allows employees to make health insurance, life insurance, and Thrift Savings Plan contribution elections. Employees can review general personal benefits information and make changes to beneficiary designations if they experience qualifying life events. Use a CAC enabled computer to access GRB.
